Advance Bank Transfer Payment
The Masterprint-24 online store allows orders to be paid via traditional bank transfer. The customer must complete the transfer within 7 days from the date of placing the order. After selecting this payment method, the customer will receive bank transfer details in the order confirmation email. Order processing will begin once the full amount is credited to the Masterprint-24 bank account. If payment is not received within the specified period, the order may be canceled.
Bank Transfer Details
The customer must include the order number in the transfer title. Bank account details for Masterprint-24:

Deferred Payment by Bank Transfer
The deferred payment option is available only to regular customers who have been purchasing for at least 3 months at Masterprint-24. The payment term is determined individually and is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the invoice date. This option is available only if there are no outstanding payments and the purchase history has been positively verified.
Order Processing
Orders paid via bank transfer are processed after the funds are credited to the store's account. For deferred payment by bank transfer, the order is processed according to the agreed credit terms.
Consequences of Late Payment
In the event of late payment for an order with deferred payment, Masterprint-24 reserves the right to charge statutory interest for the delay. Exceeding the payment deadline may result in: suspension of subsequent orders, withdrawal of the deferred payment option for that customer, or referring the matter to debt collection in the case of prolonged arrears.
Refunds and Complaints
If a complaint is approved or an order is canceled, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date of complaint acceptance or return.
Additional Information
Masterprint-24 is not responsible for delays caused by interbank transfer processing times. Bank transfer costs, including possible fees for international transfers, are borne by the customer. The customer must provide correct payment details – incorrect information may delay order processing.
