How is the delivery time calculated and what do I need to pay attention to?
Order Processing – Express
To ensure your express order is shipped within the stated delivery time, the following conditions must be met:
• Do not combine this order with another product with a longer lead time.
• Upload your files no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of the order.
• Files must be accepted (status: In Processing) by 12:30 p.m.
• Payment must be received by 12:00 p.m.
Shipping is based on the latest estimated date of the products in the cart.
Order Processing – Standard
To ensure your standard order is shipped within the stated delivery time, the same conditions apply:
• Do not combine this order with another product with a longer lead time.
• Upload your files no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of the order.
• Files must be accepted by 12:30 p.m.
• Payment must be received by 12:00 p.m.
Shipping is based on the latest estimated date of the products in the cart.
Delivery Time
Delivery time refers to business days (Monday to Friday). For custom products printed based on customer-supplied files, the delivery period starts the next business day after:
• Receiving print data within acceptance time, and
• Full payment for the order (including VAT).
For prepayments, the delivery period begins once the amount is credited to the account of Masterprint Production House Sp. z o.o.
For other products, delivery time starts the day after the contract is concluded and full payment is received (including VAT).
Optional Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is only available for selected postal codes in Poland and incurs an additional fee.
Delivery Area
Masterprint Production House Sp. z o.o. delivers within Poland and EU countries only.
Shipping Costs
• Within Poland, product prices include packaging and shipping (except for optional Saturday delivery).
• For EU orders, prices in EUR exclude delivery costs. A written confirmation is required to approve delivery costs and dates.
• The shipping date is shown next to each product. GLS and UPS generally deliver within 48 hours in Poland. EU deliveries take 2–4 business days. Please confirm final shipping times with your account manager.
Delivery Restrictions
• No deliveries to trade fairs or events.
• No deliveries to packing stations.
• Please refer to the delivery date stated in the order confirmation email.
• Delivery times assume timely submission and approval of print files.
Displayed delivery times are estimates and must always be confirmed – especially for large orders.
Steps Required to Guarantee Delivery Time
1. Send Your Print Files
You can upload files via Masterprint-24 or send a download link with your order number in the email subject. We recommend submitting files as early as possible to avoid delays.
2. Data Checking
Our data control team will verify the files. If compliant, the order status becomes “In Process”. If the file is incorrect, you’ll receive an email, and the status will change to “File Not Accepted”.

3. Full Payment
Production starts only after full payment is received.
• Online/card payments: up to 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers: up to 2 working days.
You can check the current order status in your account.
4. Additional Requirements
• Submitted print files must be free of errors.
• Our graphic team must approve the files (within 24 hours for standard orders or by 3:00 p.m. for express orders submitted and paid by 12:00).
• All steps — uploading, checking, acceptance, and payment — must be completed to consider the files fully approved.
5. Order Date
The official order date is the date when all above requirements are fulfilled.
Additional Notes
• Orders over €5,000 may be delivered in separate batches.
• Standard delivery is typically 3–4 working days.
• File acceptance deadline: 12:00 p.m.
