By working with us, you will receive professional layouts and designs prepared by experienced experts. 1. Available Design Service Packages
A. Standard Package
- Client provides a ready working file and their logo.
- Our team converts the submitted file into a print-ready format, preserving the original quality of the provided graphics.
- Images are placed according to client’s instructions.
- Includes one graphic correction.

B. Custom Graphic Design
- Preparation of up to two layout proposals that reflect the client’s individual expectations.
- Integration of provided logos, images, and other graphic elements.
- Image quality optimization – improving resolution and parameters where possible for the best print quality.
- Includes two design corrections.

C. Individual Offer
- For clients whose needs go beyond standard packages. Based on a detailed description and consultation, we prepare a design from scratch.
- After analyzing requirements and assessing complexity, we provide an individual price offer and schedule.

2. Ordering and Project Execution Procedure
1. Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed via the website form or directly with our customer service department.
- Client should provide detailed guidelines, including dimensions, layout, preferred colors, and any additional materials (e.g., logos, images).

- Upon receiving the guidelines, our team prepares an initial version of the design and sends it to the client digitally (e.g., PDF or JPG).
- The client may request corrections – the number of corrections depends on the selected package (e.g., 1 in Standard or 2 in Custom Design).
- After final approval, the file is sent to print. Approval means all elements are confirmed, and further changes require a new order.
3. Execution Time
- Standard project completion time is 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and workload.
- For urgent projects, we offer an express service for an additional fee: completion within 48 hours from receiving complete data and finishing consultations.
