BLIK Payment
Acceptance of BLIK Payments
The Masterprint-24 online store allows payments via the BLIK system. BLIK payment is available to customers using mobile banking that supports this system. BLIK transactions are processed by the Przelewy24 payment operator or another designated payment service provider.
Payment Process
After selecting the BLIK payment option, the customer will be redirected to the payment gateway, where they must enter a one-time BLIK code generated in their banking application. Once the code is approved in the banking app, the payment is authorized and processed. After a successful transaction, the customer receives payment confirmation at the email address provided when placing the order.
Transaction Security
BLIK payments in the Masterprint-24 store are secured according to the highest banking security standards. The store does not store BLIK codes or any other information related to the transaction. The customer is obliged to keep the BLIK code confidential and not share it with third parties.
Payment Issues
In the event of a failed transaction, the customer should check whether the entered BLIK code is correct, whether there are sufficient funds in the account, and whether their bank supports BLIK payments at the given time. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact the Przelewy24 payment operator or the customer's bank.
Refunds and Complaints
In the case of order cancellation or an approved complaint, the refund will be made to the bank account linked to the BLIK application used for payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of complaint approval. All complaints regarding payment processing should be submitted to the Przelewy24 payment operator or the bank handling the transaction.
