Apple Pay Payment
Acceptance of Apple Pay Payments
The Masterprint-24 online store allows payments via Apple Pay. Apple Pay is available for customers using Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch) with the Apple Pay function activated and a payment card added. Apple Pay transactions are processed by the Przelewy24 payment operator or another designated payment service provider.
Payment Process
After selecting the Apple Pay payment method, the customer will be redirected to the payment system, where the transaction can be authorized using Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode. Once the Apple Pay payment is approved, it is processed immediately. The customer receives payment confirmation at the email address provided when placing the order.
Transaction Security
Apple Pay uses tokenization technology, which ensures that Masterprint-24 does not have access to the customer's payment card details. All transactions are encrypted and secured by Apple and the bank handling the payment. The customer is obliged to keep their Apple device login details and Apple ID confidential.
Payment Issues
In the event of a failed transaction, the customer should check whether Apple Pay is enabled on their Apple device, whether the added payment card supports Apple Pay, and whether there are sufficient funds in the account. If the payment problem persists, it is recommended to contact the Przelewy24 payment operator or the customer's bank.
Refunds and Complaints
In the case of order cancellation or an approved complaint, the refund will be made to the bank account linked to the card added to Apple Pay. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of complaint approval. All complaints regarding payment processing should be submitted to the Przelewy24 payment operator or the bank handling the transaction.

Masterprint-24 reserves the right to refuse to process Apple Pay payments in the event of suspicious transactions or violations of security rules.
