Terms and Conditions of Masterprint-24

General Information

Masterprint-24 specialises in the production of corporate identity systems that support brand promotion. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by individuals and companies via the Masterprint-24.pl website. They also apply to all future transactions with companies and public entities, even if not explicitly restated. Customer-imposed conditions contrary to these terms are invalid.

Definitions

Customer

The person using the services offered by Masterprint-24.

Service

All services, including delivery of goods and execution of works.

Registration

The process of creating an account enabling continued service use.

Password

A string of characters allowing account access, used with the email address.

Account

Personal customer profile enabling full functionality of the platform.

Business days

Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Normal business hours

From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Price List

Our offer targets professionals, including industry, trade, and craftsmen. All prices are net and subject to applicable VAT. International orders exclude customs duties or taxes. Packaging and postage are included unless stated otherwise. Goods remain Masterprint-24 property until fully paid.

Registration

To place an order on masterprint-24.pl, registration is required. This includes completing a form and clicking the “Register” button. We reserve the right to reject incomplete registrations.

Communication with the Customer

We primarily communicate via email. Customers must keep their email addresses current and notify us of any changes.

Conclusion of Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer. After product selection, pricing and delivery details are shown. Clicking the “Order” button submits the order. Confirmation does not equal acceptance. The contract is concluded once payment is received.

Printing

Colours

To ensure colour consistency, Pantone codes must be provided when ordering. Otherwise, up to 10% deviation is possible. A 98% match is guaranteed only with an approved paid sample.

Dimensions

Always provide dimensions as width x height. We are not liable for incorrect dimensions.

Returns and Complaints

Returns – Standard Products

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return costs are borne by the customer. Goods must be intact.

Returns – Custom Products

No returns are accepted unless the product is defective.

Complaints

Physical defects or non-conformity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints are processed within 14 working days. If accepted, a refund is issued.

Exclusions of Liability

Errors in Customer Files

Masterprint-24 is not liable for errors in submitted files (content, layout, fonts, graphics, resolution). Customers are responsible for file quality and compliance with website specifications. We do not verify resolution or textual correctness, so errors cannot be used as complaint grounds.

Colour Variations

Due to digital print limitations, colour differences may occur depending on material, brightness, or device calibration. Differences between RGB (screen) and CMYK (print) are expected.

Transport Damage

Masterprint-24 is not responsible for damage during customer-arranged shipping. Claims should be directed to the shipping provider.

Lost Profits

We are not liable for financial losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the order or complaint. We are also not responsible for customer file or data errors.

Liability Limitation

Masterprint-24’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for punitive damages, business downtime, or other consequential losses.

Payment

Accepted payment methods: Payment Card, Blik, Google Pay, or Bank Transfer – see Payment Methods.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All matters not covered herein are governed by Polish civil law and consumer protection regulations. In case of dispute, both parties will first attempt amicable resolution. If that fails, cases will be referred to a competent Polish court.
