Card Payment – Przelewy24 Processing
Accepted Payment Methods
The Masterprint-24 online store accepts card payments via the Przelewy24 (P24) system. Supported payment cards include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and other cards accepted by Przelewy24. Payments processed through Przelewy24 may also include fast bank transfers, BLIK, and other payment methods available in the operator's system.
Transaction Security
All payments processed via Przelewy24 are encrypted and secured according to the PCI-DSS security standards. Masterprint-24 does not store customers' card details – all transactions are processed by the Przelewy24 payment operator. For additional security, some transactions may require extra authentication, such as 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode).
Payment Process
After selecting the card payment option, the customer will be redirected to the Przelewy24 system page to complete the transaction. Once the payment is completed, the customer will receive confirmation at the email address provided when placing the order. If the payment is successful, the order is automatically sent for processing.
Payment Issues
If the payment is not accepted, the customer should check the accuracy of the entered details, the available funds on the card, and whether the bank issuing the card supports online payments. For further issues, it is recommended to contact the Przelewy24 payment operator or Masterprint-24 customer service.
Refunds and Chargebacks
In the case of order cancellation or an approved complaint, the refund will be made to the same payment card used for the transaction. In the event of unauthorized charges, the customer may request a chargeback from their bank according to Visa/Mastercard rules.
